RETURNS
Due to high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, contact us to have a free return label sent to you.
You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Also, if you have previously contacted me regarding purchasing 2 abayas to find your size and we have agreed you can then email us and we will accept the return.
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship via Royal Mail 48 track.
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days in sha allah, and an email will be sent out with your tracking number.
After an order has been fulfilled and shipped, Qudsiyah.uk is not responsible for any losses or delays of a parcel. If there’s an issue you can email us and we can put a claim through.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship via Royal Mail international tracking you should receive your order between 7-10 days

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Sale items include any orders bought with promo codes, coupon codes, or sales. All orders that have any codes applied will be considered as final sale.
